Description

Zasbi is looking for a confident, professional and service-focused Casual Bar Host to support the food and beverage offering at one of our high-end residential developments.

This role is ideal for someone with previous bar, hospitality or customer service experience who enjoys working in a premium environment and delivering a warm, polished resident experience.

As a Casual Bar Host, you will support the day-to-day operation of the residents’ bar and lounge area, ensuring the space is well presented, residents are welcomed professionally, and food and beverage service is delivered to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Preparing and serving drinks in line with site standards.
  • Supporting food and beverage service within the residents’ lounge/bar area.
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and well-presented bar area at all times.
  • Ensuring stock is monitored, rotated and replenished where required.
  • Following all food hygiene, health and safety, and licensing procedures.
  • Supporting events, resident experiences and private functions when required.
  • Delivering a discreet, premium and resident-focused service.

About You

The successful candidate will be:

  • Confident, friendly and well-presented.
  • Experienced in bar, hospitality, events or customer-facing service.
  • Comfortable working in a luxury residential or high-end hospitality environment.
  • Reliable, flexible and able to work casual shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a wider amenity team.
  • Professional, discreet and calm under pressure.
  • A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail.

Desirable

  • Previous bar or cocktail experience.
  • Food hygiene awareness or certification.
  • Experience working in hotels, private members’ clubs, luxury residential buildings or premium hospitality venues.
