Description

We are looking for a friendly, professional and reliable Casual Wellness Amenities Host to support the day-to-day operation of a high-end residential amenity space.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a premium resident-facing environment and has a genuine interest in wellness, hospitality and customer service. You will help ensure that residents and guests receive a warm, welcoming and professional experience at all times.

The amenity spaces may include a gym, swimming pool, spa, treatment rooms, residents’ lounges, changing facilities and wellness areas.

Key Responsibilities

As a Casual Wellness Amenities Host, you will:

  • Welcome residents and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Support the smooth running of the wellness and amenity areas.
  • Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and customer service.
  • Carry out regular checks of the gym, spa, pool and relaxation areas.
  • Assist with resident enquiries, bookings and general support.
  • Monitor the safe use of facilities and report any issues promptly.
  • Support events, wellness activities and resident experiences where required.
  • Follow site procedures, health and safety standards and company policies.
  • Work flexibly across shifts, including evenings and weekends where needed.

  • Comfortable speaking with residents and handling enquiries.
  • Flexible with availability, including weekends and evenings.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, leisure, spa, gym, concierge or residential amenities is desirable but not essential.
